Information

How prints are packed, how long they take, and what happens if something isn't right.

Dispatch times

Every print is produced and checked to order, so it will not ship the same day. Allow 5–10 working days for printing, drying, quality checking and packing before dispatch. Framed pieces may sit at the longer end of that range.

Shipping costs

Tracked delivery to United Kingdom addresses is included in every displayed print price. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

International delivery is not available at present — orders can currently be shipped to UK addresses only.

Packing

Unframed prints are protected in a clear sleeve and sent flat between rigid boards. Framed prints are wrapped, corner-protected and packed in a robust outer box. Packaging is selected to prevent bending, surface marks and movement in transit.

Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, please use the contact page as soon as possible and include photographs of the print or frame, the outer packaging and the shipping label. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed. A damaged or faulty order will be replaced or refunded as appropriate; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and cancellation

[PLACEHOLDER — this section needs care. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 there is normally a 14-day right to cancel, but bespoke or made-to-order goods can be exempt. Whether a made-to-order print qualifies for that exemption depends on how you present it, and getting it wrong is a genuine legal exposure. Confirm your position, then state it plainly here.]

[PLACEHOLDER — regardless of the above, faulty or misdescribed goods are always returnable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and that cannot be excluded.]

International orders

International delivery is not currently offered. Checkout accepts United Kingdom delivery addresses only.
